Custom Products

Since we create custom products tailored specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items once production has begun, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage or defect, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item based on your preference.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Order Cancellations

Since custom products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production will have begun, and we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Incorrect Orders

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom products made to your specifications (personalized items, custom sizes, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we approve a refund (for defective or incorrect products), the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect products. We do not offer exchanges for products that do not meet your expectations, so please carefully review your order details (including customizations) before completing your purchase.
